MISSION
To improve the well-being of African-Americans, Hispanics, and other minorities culturally diverse population by providing expert quality care, a comprehensive array of services, convenient and timely access, delivered with exceptional service and compassion.
VISION
To be the healthcare provider of choice for clinicians and patients — delivering the healthcare we expect for our family and ourselves.
MOTTO
Where Healing Begins and Caring Never Ends.
Not a training module. A set of decisions about who we hire, when we open, where we meet people and what we ask them to explain.
Clinicians who speak Spanish and Haitian Creole, so families are not relying on a child to interpret their own care.
Walk-ins, night and weekend hours, and same or next-day urgent appointments for people who cannot take a Tuesday morning off.
Home, school and community-based services, because the barrier is often the trip to the clinic, not the willingness to be helped.
Mental health, addiction and psychiatric care sit on one team, so no one is told their other diagnosis is somebody else's problem.
THE TEAM
Our staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, registered nurses, licensed master's-level therapists, chemical dependency counselors and behavioral health technicians. They meet as one treatment team, which is what allows a person with depression and an opioid use disorder to be treated as one person rather than two cases.

COMMUNITY
We work alongside the schools, hospitals, courts, state agencies, shelters, faith communities and primary care practices that families in Greater Lowell already deal with. Referrals move both ways, and our clinicians attend the meetings — IEP, court, DCF, discharge planning — where decisions about a person's life actually get made.
