SERVICES / ADDICTION & RECOVERY
Trinity Care offers a safe, caring and therapeutic environment for individuals who can benefit from more concentrated mental health and chemical dependency services, while still maintaining their normal daily activities.

LEVELS OF CARE
Most people move between these programs rather than staying in one. Because substance use and mental health are treated by the same team here, a change in level of care does not mean starting over with new clinicians.
MOST INTENSIVE
Structured clinical programming most of the day, several days a week, for people who need close support but not a hospital bed. Group and individual therapy, psychiatry and medication management together.
STRUCTURED
The Structured Outpatient Addiction Program runs several group sessions a week around work and family schedules — relapse prevention, coping skills and recovery planning with the same peers each week.
ONGOING
Drug and alcohol counseling one-to-one with a chemical dependency counselor or licensed therapist, at whatever frequency your recovery needs — weekly at first, then less often.
MEDICATION-ASSISTED TREATMENT
MAT treats opioid and alcohol dependence with FDA-approved medication alongside therapy — addressing the physical dependence and the reasons behind it at the same time. Induction, prescribing and monitoring all happen here.
Ask about MAT →Suboxone
Buprenorphine-naloxone for opioid use disorder, with same-week induction when clinically appropriate.
Vivitrol
Monthly extended-release naltrexone injection for opioid or alcohol use disorder.
Recovery coaching
A coach with lived recovery experience walks alongside you between appointments — housing, work, court dates, meetings, the parts of recovery that happen outside a session.
State-approved education programs and specialty therapy, available to anyone — with documentation sent directly to the court or the RMV when required.
The 16-week state-licensed first-offender program, including group sessions and self-help meeting requirements.
Aftercare for people who have completed a residential second-offender program, with ongoing outpatient support.
Individual and family treatment for gambling disorder, including the financial and relationship damage it leaves behind.
Confidential individual counseling for substance use, with or without a court involvement.

RESIDENTIAL
Dracut House is our 16-bed residential program for men 18 and over living with co-occurring substance use and moderate-to-severe mental health conditions, with MAT available onsite.
