SERVICES / CHILDREN & FAMILIES
Trinity Care delivers the full range of MassHealth Children's Behavioral Health Initiative services for youth under 21 — most of it in your home, school or neighborhood rather than in a waiting room.

CBHI
The Children's Behavioral Health Initiative is a set of MassHealth-funded services for children and adolescents with significant behavioral health needs. Families often qualify for several at once. If you are not sure which fits, call us — intake will sort it out with you, and referrals are not required.
A therapist and a training-and-support clinician work with the whole family at home on communication, limits and the patterns that keep everyone stuck.

A care coordinator convenes the whole team — school, clinicians, state agencies, family — around a single wraparound plan you help write.
Ages 3–20 · Wraparound team meetings
One-to-one coaching in daily settings — school, park, after-school program — to practice social skills, problem-solving and handling conflict.
Ages 3–20 · In the community
A family partner who has raised a child with behavioral health needs helps you navigate systems, prepare for meetings and stay in the driver's seat.
