HOW WE WORK

Person-centered, family-driven, strength-based

Treatment starts with what matters to you. Your clinician builds a plan around your goals, the people who support you, and the strengths you already have — then adjusts it as your life changes. Every approach we use is grounded in research, and care is delivered by a team that shares one record and one plan.

Sessions are available in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole, in person at our Lowell clinics or by telehealth anywhere in Massachusetts.

01

Person-centered

Your goals set the direction of treatment, not a standard protocol.

02

Family-driven

The people closest to you are part of the work when you want them there.

03

Strength-based

We build on what is already working in your life instead of cataloguing deficits.

04

Evidence-based

Research-proven methods for depression, anxiety, trauma and dual diagnosis.

Two services, one treatment team

OUTPATIENT THERAPY

Talking with someone who knows the work

Weekly or biweekly sessions with a licensed master's-level therapist. Individual, couple and family formats, with the same clinician over time.

  • Depression, anxiety and mood disorders
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Grief, life transitions and stress
  • Relationship and family conflict
  • Co-occurring mental health and substance use

PSYCHIATRY & MEDICATION

Medication that is reviewed, not just prescribed

Psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses evaluate, prescribe and follow up — coordinating directly with your therapist so nothing gets lost between visits.

  • Psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis
  • Medication initiation and adjustment
  • Ongoing monitoring and side-effect review
  • Second-opinion consultation
  • Coordination with primary care
